ცენტრალური აზიის ახალი ფინანსური ცენტრი Tamchy SFIT ისიქ-ქოლის ტბაზე პირველ ბიზნეს ცენტრს ხსნის

ტამჩის სპეციალური ფინანსური საინვესტიციო ტერიტორია (Tamchy SFIT) ისიქ-ქოლის ტბის სანაპიროზე თავის პირველ ბიზნეს ცენტრს ხსნის. შენობა მმართველი კომპანიის ოფისებს დაეთმობა, რომელიც უკვე ემზადება სამომავლო ოპერაციებისა და ახალი რეზიდენტების მისაღებად.

3,850 კვადრატული მეტრის ფართობის მქონე ბიზნეს ცენტრი აერთიანებს საოფისე და საერთო სამუშაო (co-working) სივრცეებს, მრავალფუნქციურ საკონფერენციო დარბაზებსა და შეხვედრების ოთახებს. მომდევნო თვეებში ტერიტორიაზე რესტორნისა და კაფის გახსნაც იგეგმება.

„Tamchy SFIT ზუსტად მაშინ შეიქმნა, როცა საერთაშორისო ბიზნესი ახალ, საიმედო დასაყრდენს ეძებს. პირველი ბიზნეს ცენტრის გახსნით ამ ტერიტორიაზე რეალური სამუშაო პროცესი იწყება. ჩვენ ვაშენებთ ფინანსურ და ლოჯისტიკურ ხიდებს დსთ-ს, აზიის, ახლო აღმოსავლეთის, ევროპისა და აფრიკის ბაზრებს შორის და დღეს, ამ ხიდს უკვე თავისი ფიზიკური მისამართი აქვს. ცენტრი მზადაა პირველი რეზიდენტების მისაღებად,“ - აღნიშნა Tamchy SFIT-ის მმართველი საბჭოს თავმჯდომარემ და ყირგიზეთის იუსტიციის მინისტრმა, აიაზ ბაეტოვმა.

ბიზნეს ცენტრის გახსნამდე, საბჭომ უკვე დააფუძნა მმართველი კომპანია, დაამტკიცა ცენტრის განვითარების სტრატეგია და პირველადი რეგულაციები მიიღო. პარალელურად მიმდინარეობს დავების გადაწყვეტის საერთაშორისო ცენტრის თავმჯდომარისა და მოსამართლეების შერჩევა.

Tamchy SFIT 2025 წლის 10 ივლისის კანონის (№136) საფუძველზე შეიქმნა და ისიქ-ქოლის ტბის სანაპიროზე 6,000-მდე ჰექტარს მოიცავს. ზონის რეზიდენტებზე ინგლისური საერთო სამართლის (English common law) პრინციპები გავრცელდება. ისინი 49 წლის განმავლობაში ნულოვანი საგადასახადო განაკვეთითა და მოგების სრული რეპატრიაციის უფლებით ისარგებლებენ. 2035 წლისთვის ტერიტორიაზე 3,900-ზე მეტი კომპანიის შესვლა და 10,000-ზე მეტი სამუშაო ადგილის შექმნა იგეგმება.

Central Asia's new financial hub Tamchy SFIT launches first business centre on Lake Issyk-Kul

The Tamchy Special Financial Investment Territory (Tamchy SFIT) is opening its first business centre on the shores of Lake Issyk-Kul that will house the offices of the Management Company as it gears up for futurebusiness operations and resident onboarding.

The 3,850-square-metre business centre features office and co-working space, multifunctional conference halls and meeting rooms. A restaurant and café are expected to open on the premises in the coming months.

"Tamchy SFIT has come at precisely the moment when international business is actively seeking new anchors of trust. The opening of our first business centre marks the beginning of real operational life on this territory. We are building financial and logistical bridges between the markets of the CIS, Asia, the Middle East, Europe and Africa — and today, that bridge has its first address. The venue is actively preparing to welcome its first residents," said Ayaz Baetov, Chair of the Tamchy SFIT Management Council and Minister of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Prior to the opening, the Management Council established the Management Company, approved the financial centre's development plan and adopted its inaugural package of regulatory measures. A selection process for the Chair and judges of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution is currently under way.

Tamchy SFIT was established under Law No. 136 of the Kyrgyz Republic, dated 10 July 2025, across approximately 6,000 hectares on the shores of Lake Issyk-Kul. Residents will operate under English common law principles, benefit from a zero tax rate for 49 years and enjoy the right to full repatriation of profits. By 2035, the territory aims to host more than 3,900 companies and create over 10,000 jobs.
